What are the conditions for returning an order?
1) Within 2 weeks from purchase date
2) Products must not be used
3) Mention purchase invoice number
How can I return or exchange an order?
Returns can be managed by calling us or by visiting any of our branches
How much time do I have to return a product?
All items sold, meeting the above conditions, can be returned within a period of 14 days from delivery date.
What is our International Orders Return Policy?
Returns for international orders are only accepted for the below reasons:
1- Defective Item: Item is damaged upon delivery or not according to manufacturer’s specification
2- Wrong Item: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
